FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

  1. Are the 3D walkthrough and the physical model for the final jury mandatory?
    No. But it would definitely raise your stakes in the final jury.
  2. How many students can submit from a college?
    There is no limit in the number of entries from a particular college. We appreciate maximum participation.
  3. Is it required to submit a bonafide certificate issued from college?
    No. You need to fill only the set of declaration forms available for download in our website.
  4. Should we redo the sheets submitted at the college jury?
    Since we need a uniform format for the exhibition and publication we have given a prescribed sheet size of 84.1cm x 200cm. You may arrange your thesis sheets in the prescribed sheet size and submit a maximum of 2 such sheets. Alternatively you may compose a new sheet in the given size with your thesis contents.
  5. Should we remove our name and college details?
    Yes. The participant’s name and the college name shouldn’t be mentioned anywhere in the sheets.
  6. Do we need to submit the hard copies of the declaration form?
    These are not needed for the first phase. But the shortlisted candidates should produce the hardcopies of the declaration forms, duly signed for the final jury.
  7. Is there any limit to the number of entries shortlisted from a college?
    No.
